Job Summary
The Key Account Manager Team Lead is responsible for developing and guiding a team of Key Account Managers to deliver premium service to high-value players while driving retention, engagement, and revenue growth. This role balances strategic direction with operational oversight, ensuring Account Managers build lasting player relationships, execute personalized strategies, and meet business KPIs such as Turnover, GGR, NGR, and LTV. In addition to coaching and performance management, the Team Lead optimizes processes, fosters collaboration with CRM, Product, and Compliance teams, and ensures that key account strategies are executed effectively and aligned with company objectives.
