As part of our continued growth in Latin America, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) based in São Paulo, Brazil, to drive revenue growth and market expansion for our video surveillance and security solutions across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Planning and Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for the assigned region.
Identify and develop strategic system integrators with tailored growth plans.
Execute regional action plans aligned with the company’s overall sales strategy.
Relationship Management
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with system integrators, distributors, and key end customers.
Conduct regular meetings with strategic accounts to understand needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Generate demand through large end users in collaboration with consultants, engineers, architects, and technology partners.
Sales Support and Execution
Provide expert guidance on Hanwha Vision products and solutions.
Deliver sales presentations, both in-person and virtually, to promote the product portfolio.
Support integrators in solution design, proposal development, deal closure, and project execution.
Prepare and manage quotations, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery.
Order Coordination and Logistics
Coordinate with internal teams and distributors to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
Monitor order status and proactively resolve any issues.
Market Analysis and Strategic Development
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customers, opportunities, market trends, and competitors.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Develop strategies to increase market share and achieve regional sales targets.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Analyze sales performance metrics and forecast regional revenue.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and results.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Technical Support teams to align initiatives.
Coordinate with the STEP program to ensure system integrators maintain certifications and receive appropriate training.
Provide strategic market feedback to senior management to support product and marketing development.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar sales role within the technology, electronic security, or video surveillance industry. Proven experience working with system integrators and distributors. Fluent Portuguese and advanced English (mandatory). Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, results-driven mindset, and customer orientation.
Availability to travel within Brazil and the region as required.
