What You'll Do
* Manage core HR Administration activities, ensuring accuracy in monthly payroll processing, benefits administration, admissions, terminations, attendance control and compliance with labor regulations.
* Support Personnel & Employee Services routines, including documentation management, reporting, and coordination of internal procedures related to contracts, records, and compliance.
* Act as a Generalist partner to the business, assisting in employee relations, audits, onboarding/offboarding, and ensuring alignment with internal policies while delivering high-quality support to employees and leaders.
What Is Required
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Previous experience in HR Administration, and Personnel/DP routines, preferably in a generalist HR role.
* Intermediate to advanced English, with the ability to communicate effectively and support HR processes in a bilingual environment.
