Role: Senior Front-End Developer
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer who can translate UI/UX designs into scalable, high-performing web applications. This role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership, working closely with designers, back-end developers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize user-facing features with Angular (18+) or React
Build reusable, scalable front-end components
Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers
Lead and mentor team members, fostering inclusive collaboration
Requirements
8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership
Strong expertise in Angular (v18+) or React
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
Experience with build tools (Grunt, Gulp.js) and version control (Git)
Familiarity with LESS/SASS, jQuery, AJAX, and SEO best practices
Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
