Senior Java Technical Lead
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Technical Lead to spearhead our engineering team's technical vision, ensuring the highest standards of software quality, scalability, and reliability.
This is a full-time remote position that offers the opportunity to collaborate with our US-based customer while working closely with cross-functional teams distributed globally.
* Oversee the strategic direction of backend and frontend architecture, driving consistency and coherence across all development efforts.
* Ensure that all code adheres to industry best practices, emphasizing high-quality delivery and optimal performance.
* Promote collaboration among developers, guiding them in implementing backend services and UI components that meet the highest standards.
* Foster open communication with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, DevOps engineers, and AI experts to develop scalable solutions that cater to complex financial and operational domains.
* Design, supervise, and optimize workflows that utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) for code generation, review, and refactoring, maximizing productivity and efficiency.
