Key Account Manager
As a strategic liaison between Hotelbeds and suppliers, you will cultivate strong business partnerships for a defined portfolio of hotels within a specific geographic area.
* Oversee the contracting process with clients in both B2B and B2C environments, focusing on securing competitive rates for Hotelbeds.
* Negotiate contract renewal terms including rate, inventory, offers, release periods, marketing contributions, overrides, and cancellation policies.
* Monitor hotel performance closely with the Yield Manager to ensure competitiveness and adequate availability.
* Act as the primary point of contact for experienced suppliers and develop lasting relationships through effective communication and conflict resolution.
* Support the resolution of significant supplier or client complaints by negotiating suitable solutions that maintain excellent service and foster positive relationships.
