Job Description
The Position
To manage the overall operation of the outlet, following established objectives for the highest standards in professional management, administration, and personnel development.
* Motivate, discipline, direct, and supervise all employees in the outlet.
* Develop and maintain training programs to ensure staff professionalism.
* Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet.
* Handle complaints and execute effective service recovery.
* Ensure compliance with F&B policies and procedures.
* Ensure all employees have full product knowledge.
* Regularly inspect food & beverage quality.
* Follow proper accounting procedures.
* Hold monthly staff meetings to set and monitor targets, updating performance logs.
* Conduct daily training sessions and ensure grooming standards are maintained.
* Develop maintenance schedules.
* Coordinate with stewarding on inventory and breakage control.
* Maintain a clear and concise daily operation log.
* Establish a guest database with preferences of regular guests.
* Schedule staff to meet service standards within budgeted labor costs.
* Assign responsibilities and conduct performance checks.
* Implement weekly cleaning schedules for equipment.
* Oversee cleanliness and organization of departmental areas through regular walk-throughs.
* Control stock of all equipment.
* Monitor staff appearance, attitude, and professionalism.
Qualifications
* Degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management or equivalent.
Personal Attributes
* Excellent proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
* Experience in all aspects of outlet service.
* Well-presented and professionally groomed.
* Strong leadership and training skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
* High professionalism, HR management capabilities, business acumen, energy, and determination.
* Proven organizational skills, able to meet deadlines with quality results.
