The role Responsible for creating and managing FORMEL Skin communities on social media and other networks; Responsible for effectively growing our online community in close touch with our customers and users; Curation of user generated content, comments and inquiries; Properly streamlining our tone of voice across our communication channels; Work closely with our agencies to create visuals and other marketing materials; Social media management; Deliver frequent reports of our performance on organic social networks; Requirements: 2-5 years of experience managing online communities for companies on social medias; Knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding; Fluent english.
