Requirements
1. Previous experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or a similar environment
2. Strong network and experience in the HR/Recruiting Industry
3. Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written)
4. Proactive mentality with great analytical skills
5. Able to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
6. Capable of identifying business opportunities and market gaps
7. Ambition to grow with the company long term, focusing on expanding our client base
8. A flair for sales and negotiation
9. Understanding of Recruitment
10. Strong communication skills and a personable approach
11. Efficient with a good attention to detail
