About the role:
Weare seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented individual to leadand manage the Affiliate Marketing program as an Affiliate Manager. Inthis role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, andrecruiting new affiliates, influencers and partnerships to increaseprogram distribution, while working closely with the BusinessDevelopment team on prospecting new accounts. You will also be a keyplayer in account management, ensuring strong relationships withaffiliates and partners. Additionally, you will collaborate withinternal marketing teams to develop and implement strategies thatsupport affiliate programs.
You should be able to workautonomously, setting a roadmap and performance goals, while alsothinking and acting strategically. You will develop structured plansand be ready to execute hands-on with a start-up mentality. This rolerequires both leadership and operational involvement.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow newchannels and business relationships with clients, supporting theaffiliate program from the initiation of relationships to day-to-dayoperations.
* Lead the company’s external and internalaffiliate programs through all phases, including brainstorming,launching, maintaining, trafficking, marketing, reporting,optimization, and analysis.
* Work in conjunction with theBusiness Development team to prospect and identify new affiliatepartners.
* Recruit and negotiate with new affiliate partners;evaluate affiliate advertising agreements.
* Oversee andmaintain relationships with affiliates and partners.
* Collaborate with brand managers on content management forpartners' publishing needs.
* Regularly monitor campaignperformance; compile and submit detailed campaign performance reports.
* Oversee monthly payments to affiliate partners; managebuying, renegotiating rates, renewing or canceling media placements,and other advertising programs.
* Manage account relationships,ensuring consistent communication and long-term partnership success.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a similarfield.
* 3 - 4 years of experience as an affiliate marketer,partnership manager, or marketing business developer.
* Digitaltools proficiency: Google Analytics GA4, media platforms, affiliatemarketing platforms, UTM creation, Excel, and strong analyticalskills.
* Familiarity with search engine marketing, socialmedia paid campaigns, email marketing, and other digital channels.
* Proven track record in negotiation and management of onlinemedia campaigns.
* Experience in campaign management.
* Advanced level of English.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Trilingual inEnglish, Spanish, and Portuguese (not mandatory).
