About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Key Account Manager with a background in the travel industry.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
* Ensure client needs are met and drive business growth
Main Responsibilities:
* In Charge of Existing Clients (API Wholesale Online - API Retail Offline - WebShopping Account)
* Develop and implement strategic account plans
* Aquire new key accounts within assigned territory
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Prepare reports on account performance
This position requires experience with negotiation skills, autonomous work, commercial knowledge of travel & hospitality industries, project management skills, and proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages, Spanish is a plus.
