Job Position: Ruby on Rails Developer
The role involves creating, maintaining and improving scalable web applications utilizing expertise in design, development and architecture. This includes leveraging skills in Ruby and Rails for efficient solutions.
* Design and deliver robust web solutions that address business challenges.
* Ensure the scalability of web application architecture by utilizing deep experience in Ruby on Rails.
* Collaborate with the team in coding, planning and implementation sessions.
Requirements:
We are seeking a skilled developer with the following qualifications:
* At least 5 years of experience in software development.
* Hands-on experience with Ruby and Rails (full stack) for at least 3 years.
* Strong proficiency with Postgres and Redis databases.
* Deep knowledge in web application development including design, architecture, configuration, performance optimization, integration and analytics.
Bonus points for experience building applications with StimulusReflex and Hotwire or comfort with front-end development using JavaScript, Stimulus, View Components and SCSS.
