We are seeking a seasoned Data Assurance Manager to lead our SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle.
* The ideal candidate will collaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.
* They will coordinate and manage data conversion and data testing cycles, ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.
* The successful candidate will oversee data preparation in coordination with the SAP platform, functional, and other teams.
* They will provide leadership and mentorship to other data team members, ensuring adherence to data conversion best practices and standards.
* Additionally, they will track and report data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Conversion Management
The Data Assurance Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle.
This includes technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.
Collaboration and Communication
The ideal candidate will collaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.
They will also communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data conversion and loading processes.
Leadership and Mentorship
The Data Assurance Manager will provide leadership and mentorship to other data team members, ensuring adherence to data conversion best practices and standards.
They will also oversee data preparation in coordination with the SAP platform, functional, and other teams.
