About the Role
We are seeking a diligent professional to facilitate appointment scheduling with leads. This role entails responding to text messages, booking appointments, making phone calls, and posing qualifying questions to assess lead quality.
* Respond to text messages from warm leads in a timely manner.
* Book appointments for clients.
* Make phone calls to follow up with leads.
* Ask qualifying questions to determine lead value.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm New York Time. Occasional overtime may be required.
Essential Skills
* Strong English proficiency, including written and spoken skills.
* Familiarity with American culture.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Prior experience in marketing or fitness is an advantage but not necessary.
* Attention to detail is essential.
