1. Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with project management office to guide the team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in Microsoft Azure to business segments in Asia.
2. Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
3. Collaborate with leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones and deliverables.
4. Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues and decisions to project leadership through project management tool, meetings, emails and documents.
Required qualifications include:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting and resolution of technical defects is required.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are necessary.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
Preferred skills include:
* Experience with prior projects with successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA.
* Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project methodologies.
