Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Financial Partnership: Partner with business leaders across the full financial lifecycle — from planning to execution — providing actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making.
* Financial Governance & Process Excellence: Design, implement, and continuously optimize financial processes, policies, and controls to enhance operational efficiency while ensuring compliance.
* Expansion & Market Launch Support: Lead financial readiness for launches in new countries and cities by establishing scalable frameworks, enabling operational continuity, and proactively managing financial risks.
* Investment Evaluation & Business Case Development: Assess new business opportunities by evaluating investment requirements, expected returns, and financial viability. Provide clear recommendations to support strategic growth initiatives.
* Budgeting & Forecasting Ownership: Drive the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure disciplined financial management and strong resource allocation.
* Advanced Business Analysis: Build robust financial analysis models to monitor performance, identify opportunities, highlight risks, and guide leadership on profitability and cost optimization.
* Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Reporting, and Internal Controls to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and corporate standards.
* Finance Digitalization: Contribute to the evolution of financial systems and tools by defining analytical and monitoring requirements that improve transparency and decision support.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* Robust experience in Finance Business Partnering or similar strategic finance roles.
* Solid knowledge of financial regulations within Brazil.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic recommendations.
* Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in financial systems and data analysis tools.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
* Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
* Professional fluency in English.
* Experience in high-growth industries such as technology, e-commerce, logistics, on-demand platforms, or internet companies.
