**Your role**:
**Financial Planning & Analysis**
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the IVD business.
- Provide financial insights and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze market trends, business performance, and customer profitability.
**Business Partnership**
- Partner closely with commercial, marketing, and operations teams to drive revenue and margin growth.
- Support pricing strategies, product launches, and commercial initiatives with financial modeling and risk assessments.
- Act as a key advisor to the Country GM for IVD on financial matters and strategic planning.
**Controllership & Compliance**
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and external regulatory requirements.
- Work with auditors, tax authorities, and internal teams to manage audits and financial reporting.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
**Performance Management**
- Monitor and report on key financial and operational KPIs.
- Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement.
- Drive working capital management, including inventory and receivables.
**Leadership & Team Development**
- Manage and develop the country finance team or dotted-line reports aligned with the IVD business.
- Promote a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in the healthcare or diagnostics sector.
- Experience in a multinational company with a matrix structure.
- Strong knowledge of IVD is a must
- Proven track record in financial planning, strategic partnering, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
