Job Overview
This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an Open Banking SaaS solution. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting production environments for financial services institutions, as well as expertise in AWS cloud environments.
About the Position
* The Service Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the Open Banking SaaS solution, including management reporting and governance with clients.
* They will also provide Open Banking SME knowledge and mentor the broader support team on Open Banking workflows.
* Prior experience leading a support team and successfully running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications is essential.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience in supporting production environments for financial services institutions.
* 2+ years of experience in supporting AWS cloud environments.
* Working experience in FDX/REST APIs, data sharing and consent workflows.
* Previous experience leading a support team.
* Experience in successfully running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications.
* Working experience in ITIL processes, mainly change, release and incident management.
* Experience dealing with customer senior management.
Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications
* Open Banking experience.
* French language B2 or above.
