Technical Project Manager - Lead
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of IMS-related projects for a Global OEM Client. This is a 100% remote role, ideal for candidates in LATAM with a background in telecommunications.
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing telecom delivery IMS related projects with a strong ownership and accountability mindset.
* Proven customer-facing project management skills with excellent leadership abilities.
* Telecommunications background essential, with exposure to IMS / SDL architecture, VNF concepts, 5G, and Cloud environments (AWS, OpenStack).
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of IMS-related projects and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IMS-related projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Conduct regular status updates and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 5-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on telecommunications.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
* Strong technical understanding of IMS-related projects and related technologies.
