Assists clients in resolving data issues that have arisen during review of submitted client data. Serves as the day-to-day technical contact to address issues or discrepancies with data. Performs advanced statistical analysis, including regression modeling and additional statistical tests using SAS and/or R. Develops customized client reports based on outcomes of statistical analysis. Additionally, creates new slide templates and SAS code to produce displays for client reports. Generates sales by expanding revenues from existing clients and by leading prospecting efforts with new clients. Leads people through the managment and development of staff, including asssigning, directing and evaluating work.Hires employees, conducts performance evaluations and career development discussions, approves salary and bonus actions, ensures appropriate orientation and on-going education/training.
