As a strategic operations expert, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our content team. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with writers, editors, account managers, and our founder to maintain smooth content operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via Slack, WhatsApp, or email, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
* Operational Management: Manage deadlines, assignments, and milestones using Assembly and Google Sheets.
* Content Review: Review client-facing documents for accuracy and typos before they are released.
* Process Optimization: Maintain tracking sheets, design standard operating procedures, and update delivery pipelines to ensure seamless workflows.
* System Development: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
* Issue Prevention: Anticipate potential issues and resolve them promptly to prevent escalations.
Tools and Technology:
* Google Sheets + Docs (daily)
* Assembly (project management)
* Google Calendar
* Slack + WhatsApp (team + client communication)
* Loom, Zoom, Notion (light)
Requirements:
* Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with startup culture and content creation is a plus
