We have a very strong name in the agriculture brokerage space all around the world, and service clients across most all jurisdictions.We are looking for a bright, hardworking onboarding professional who wants to work in a broad capacity across all onboarding, reporting and accounting operations for the Matthews Group division of Marex.ResponsibilitiesOnboarding – Handle customer intake and keep brokers up to date with paperwork developmentsReporting Functions – Create and Generate reports tracking revenues and customer activityAccounting Operations – Overseeing all TMG bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable + accounts receivable, Monthly PnLData Management – Make sure financial data we get is well kept and organizedEnsuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchangesAdhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied withRole model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company ValuesAt all times complying with Marex’s Code of ConductTo ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibilityTo report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/ or your supervisor as requiredTo escalate risk events immediatelyTo provide input to risk management processes, as requiredSkills and Experience2-10 years’ experience of working within Onboarding/KYC/AMLExperience of working within a sales environment with ambitions to expand their skillset into reporting, accounting operations and a more client focused roleExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExperience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with thisHumble, friendly, and a team playerStrong accounting and financial knowledgeAnalytical and problem-solving skillsCommunication and interpersonal skillsComputer proficiencyStrategic collaborator with insight and agility, able to anticipate future challenges, ensuring operational effectivenessConduct RulesYou must:Act with integrityAct with due skill, care and diligenceBe open and cooperative with the FCA, the PRA and other regulatorsPay due regard to the interests of customers and treat them fairlyObserve proper standard of market conductCompany ValuesActing as a role model for the values of the Company:Respect – Clients are at the heart of our business, with superior execution and superb client service the foundation of the firm.
