Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Recruiter.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify qualified candidates through proactive outreach and interviewing. You will also be responsible for preparing candidate documents, coaching candidates before interviews with clients, and extending job offers.
To succeed in this role, you must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills. Availability to work Monday through Friday from 10 am to 7 pm Brazil time is necessary.
