We are looking for an Overseas Purchasing Manager based in Brazil to lead our purchasing strategy and negotiations within the telecommunications sector. Your main goal will be to optimize relationships with local carriers, focusing on acquiring A2P SMS and Voice routes/services, ensuring the best commercial conditions and expanding our network coverage in the region.
Responsibilities:
Manage and enhance relationships with local telecommunications operators, acting as the main point of contact for negotiations.
Negotiate strategic commercial agreements for purchasing A2P SMS and Voice services, actively seeking cost reduction and margin improvements.
Develop and maintain a solid network of contacts within the mobile operator ecosystem in Brazil and South America.
Drive the complete procurement cycle, from opportunity identification to the effective closing of contracts and purchase orders.
Identify new market opportunities and regulatory trends in the telecom sector that impact purchasing strategies.
Ensure the quality and stability of acquired routes through continuous follow-up with providers.
Requirements:
Current residence in Brazil (Mandatory) and availability to manage the South American region.
3 to 5 years of total work experience, with a profile oriented towards purchasing and negotiation.
Minimum of 2 years of specific experience working in telecommunications operators or aggregators, with a focus on A2P SMS and Voice services.
Active network of contacts within the local operator ecosystem.

Technical or University Degree required.
Demonstrable ability in closing deals and cost optimization.
