Project Manager Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex initiatives across cross-functional teams in an agile engineering environment. This role involves translating business priorities into actionable plans, driving clarity, and ensuring high-quality work delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end delivery of projects from planning through execution and completion
* Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation
* Partner with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking using Jira
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve
* Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed
* Support prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs
