- 7–11 years of experience in CRM Analytics, Salesforce Analytics, or related BI/analytics platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM).
- Expertise in dashboard design, data modeling, and advanced analytics techniques.
- Strong understanding of customer data, CRM processes, and business KPIs.
- Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead analytics projects in an enterprise environment.
