4. Aligning project objectives with critical success factors, respecting immediate needs, values, principles, and norms;
5. Designing the final implementation vision with the client to understand expectations;
6. Implementing the planned scope based on client processes to add value and support strategic decision-making;
7. Demonstrating and training the client to ensure proper software use for continuous improvement and performance increase;
8. Encouraging the use of management tools as resource managers, providing analyses related to agribusiness expertise;
9. Monitoring system information for accuracy according to initial project goals;
10. Proposing continuous improvements focusing on processes;
11. Identifying client difficulties and proposing optimal solutions;
12. Maintaining periodic contact with active clients, updating on new software features and promoting system use;
13. Keeping records of documents and reports updated (visits, quotes, travel reports, expenses).
