The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent for U.S.-based companies while supporting domestic recruiting efforts.
Key Requirements
* At least 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment.
* Proven ability to recruit diverse Information Technology roles with excellent communication skills.
* Understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals.
* Ability to multitask, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
* Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.
Responsibilities
* End-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
* Build strong pipelines of LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
* Leverage various sourcing tools including internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling.
* Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
* Post job advertisements across relevant platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
* Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
* Develop scalable recruiting processes to support the growth of our recruiting operations in LATAM and the U.S.
* Act as a trusted representative of the organization promoting values and delivering a high-quality experience to both candidates and clients.
