Job TitleBusiness Development Manager – Image Guided Therapy (IGT) LATAMJob DescriptionOne sentence description of roleDrive the commercial strategy and business growth of Philips Image Guided Therapy across LATAM by translating BU strategy into local market execution through innovative business models, partnerships, and data-driven decision-making.Your RoleAccelerate growth and profitability for Philips IGT in LATAM by adapting portfolio and go-to-market to highly diverse market realities (public/private dynamics, procurement complexity, and local requirements).Lead commercial strategy execution across products, solutions, and services, including the creation of innovative business models, sales channels, and risk-sharing partnerships to meet local customer demands.Bridge BU strategy with local market needs by aligning stakeholders (customers, distributors, regulators, and internal cross-functional teams) to ensure clinical adoption and sustainable market entry/growth.Use market insights, competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and performance analytics to inform strategic decisions and design counterstrategies.Partner cross-functionally to support strategic/global deals when requested by Markets, ensuring solutions meet both global priorities and local market needs.Professional and personal growth: exposure to multi-country strategic decisions, senior stakeholder management, and end-to-end business model innovation within a strategic Philips growth segment.You're The Right Fit If5+ years (Bachelor) or 3+ years (Master) in Business Development/Sales/Marketing/Business Planning, ideally in healthcare/medtech and/or complex B2B environments with multi-stakeholder decision processes.Strong stakeholder management, commercial strategy execution, business modeling, and deal shaping; ability to translate insights into actions and measurable outcomes.Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Economics or equivalent.Comfortable operating across diverse LATAM markets, ambiguity, and complexity; analytical, collaborative, and outcome-driven.How We Work TogetherWe believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.This role is an office role.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
