We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to spearhead business growth, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue expansion.About the Role:Responsible for managing existing client accounts within assigned territories.Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new opportunities.Pursue acquisition of new key accounts within designated areas.Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess needs, address concerns, and provide solutions.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue generation.Maintain accurate reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.Collaborate with product development teams to gather client feedback and insights.Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.Key Qualifications:Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills to establish and maintain commercial relationships.Demonstrated ability to deliver results in an autonomous work environment.Solid understanding of the travel and hospitality industries.Strong commercial acumen in B2B and new business segments.Proven project management skills.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus; Spanish is an asset.
