Role Overview:
The Training Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting customers by delivering exceptional service.
Working closely with an Indian-based team, the coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for local stakeholders, ensuring seamless training session delivery.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with the customer's learning delivery team to analyze training needs, determine session requirements, initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation, organize training sessions, and guarantee their proper execution.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, have exposure to international work environments, demonstrate a high-level understanding of the training landscape, exhibit customer service-oriented postures, display team player skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint.
