We are seeking an experienced Account and Relations Manager to play a key role in our Commercial department. In this position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our commercial partners in Brazil.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across departments, including Business Development, Partner Operations, and Commercial Teams. You will also have the chance to identify new entrants to the market and negotiate commercial terms, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with commercial partners in Brazil
* Negotiate and optimize commercial terms, ensuring alignment with company strategy
* Identify new entrants to the market and onboard them while maintaining commercial & contractual framework
* Regular travel required to meet with partners and attend industry conferences
Requirements:
* Relevant commercial or marketing experience, ideally in iGaming
* Digital marketing knowledge, preferably in Affiliate
* Solid understanding of the iGaming industry
* Proven track record in sales and relationship/account management
* Knowledge of different commercial models (CPA / CPL / CPM / Revenue Share)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong analytical skills with a commercially strategic mindset
* Highly organized, self-driven, and proactive, with the ability to work under pressure
* Portuguese native language skills
* Fluency in English is essential
