SAP Data Assurance Manager Role:

This role involves leading the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle, including technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting. You will collaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, strong understanding of SAP modules, and proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle.
* Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders.
* Coordinate and manage data conversion and data testing cycles.
* Ensure traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other data team members.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules.
* Proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with data conversion tools and frameworks.
* Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project methodologies.
