Digital Account Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team. As a Digital Account Manager, you will act as the strategic liaison between clients and our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Execution: Coordinate with internal teams to execute digital campaigns: media, creative, performance, branding, etc.
* Strategic Recommendations: Provide strategic recommendations based on client goals and market context.
* Campaign Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and proactively optimize as needed.
* Client Value Maximization: Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value.
* Project Management: Manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with transparency and accountability.
Requirements
* Account Management Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
* Digital Ecosystem Understanding: Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem: paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, etc.
* Data-Driven Mindset: Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into strategic actions.
* Time Management and Multitasking: Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
* Solution-Oriented Mindset: Proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for digital marketing.
