Risk Management SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our risk management initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement an enterprise-wide risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization.Conduct thorough risk assessments, including stress testing, scenario analysis, and capital adequacy evaluations, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Promote a culture of risk awareness and best practices throughout the organization.Margin-Account Risk Oversight:Establish and maintain robust risk policies for margin lending and virtual asset collateral, including maximum LTV ratios and haircut methodologies.Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and escalate breaches or deviations to senior management and the Board with clear remediation plans.Foster collaboration between risk management, compliance, finance, operations, and technology teams to ensure effective risk oversight.Engage with internal/external auditors, regulatory bodies, and governance committees on matters related to risk management, capital adequacy, and prudential standards.
