Job Description
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
This is a hands-on role that requires a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
You will partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery, assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Additionally, you will work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are highly desired
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
* Experience working with distributed, global teams
