Role Overview
As an operational specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our delivery network. Requirements
* Proficiency in English is a must
* Ability to work based on Eastern US time zone (EST)
* Previous experience in logistics, courier operations, call center, customer support, or account management is highly desirable
