First, what is this role about? We are Insider, the world’s first Integrated Growth Management Platform loved by marketers creating experiences for leading enterprise brands. We help brands connect customer data across channels, predict behavior with AI, and personalize experiences.
We are expanding our Marketing team across 25 countries and are hiring a Marketing Manager for Colombia & Spanish-speaking Latam. If you are a self-starter passionate about B2B Marketing and eager to build Insider’s presence in Latin America, this role is for you. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing marketing strategies for Brazil, working closely with global and local teams to increase awareness, engagement, lead generation, and support conversions.
* Managing all local marketing activities: demand generation, ABM, events, customer marketing, web, content, and PR.
* Organizing event marketing calendars, managing logistics and speaker recruitment for Insider and industry events.
* Creating locally relevant assets such as case studies, whitepapers, and guides to support sales and campaigns.
* Collaborating with sales to measure program performance and lead quality.
What we expect from you:
* A Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Over 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
* Good knowledge of digital marketing space.
* Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Salesforce).
* Excellent communication skills—both oral and written—and ability to create compelling marketing materials.
* Creative problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and event planning expertise.
* Positive attitude and ability to maintain professionalism.
* Fluent in English and Portuguese.
* This is an individual contributor role.
