Electrician Position
The role involves participating in a research initiative where electricians will wear head-mounted cameras to capture daily activities. The footage will be used to train future AI models that can understand complex real-world tasks.
* Wear a head-mounted camera for 5 days within a 2-week window to capture daily activities.
* Record a minimum of 7 hours per day, with flexibility to take breaks and pause the camera for privacy.
* Upload your footage to a secure platform at the end of each day and review short clips.
* Choose to delete, anonymize, or consent to each video segment.
Household Requirements:
* No children (under 18) present or visiting during the recording period.
* All adults in the space must be fluent English speakers and agree to being recorded.
* Live in a private, self-contained apartment, building, or indoor work environment.
* All household members must appear in the footage.
Participant Requirements:
* Work indoors in non-customer-facing roles (e.g., not retail or child care).
* Participants sharing the same workplace or household should both have a camera mounted during the activity.
* Engage in manual or creative work (e.g., chef, baker, artist, carpenter, musician, electrician, mechanic).
* Be self-employed or have employer consent to record in the work environment.
* Use a computer for basic tasks such as reviewing and uploading video clips.
