Prepare the inoculum to start production on an industrial scale: in a flow chamber, remove the fungi and bacteria and follow all the steps according to the Work InstructionPerform basic maintenance of laboratory equipment, ensuring its proper functioning and the accuracy of the analyzes performed;Prepare materials, culture media and laboratory instruments in general, for laboratory use, sterilize them by operating an electric autoclave;Pour culture media into Petri dishes meeting the demand for analysis and quality control standards.Analyze the samples of the returned products and retention samples in shelf life test;Participate in the development and validation of new analytical methods, seeking to improve the processes and efficiency of quality control analyses;Support in conducting production tests of new products for validation of the production protocol.
