Responsabilidades Da Posição
Location: Camacari Bahia Brazil
Responsibilities
Act in the development and validation of automotive products from concept phase to mass production.
Contribute with engineering knowledge and best practices from the Chinese automotive industry.
Act as a technical and cultural bridge between local teams and international teams especially China based engineering teams.
Analyze technical functional and regulatory requirements ensuring compliance with global standards.
Support product testing validation activities prototypes and industrialization processes.
Support technical problem solving product improvements and continuous improvement activities.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation engineering reports and product change records.
Work closely with manufacturing quality suppliers and global engineering teams.
Requirements
Requisitos obrigatórios para a posição:
Bachelor degree in Engineering Mechanical Automotive Production or related fields.
Experience in automotive product development.
Strong experience working with Chinese automotive companies or projects with direct interface with China.
Fluency in Mandarin or native Chinese language.
Advanced English for technical and professional communication.
Portuguese at intermediate or advanced level.
Availability to work shifts weekends and holidays.
Availability for on site work in an industrial environment.
