Regional BDR Team Manager

Role Overview
You will run new inbound and outbound SDR teams, managing and mentoring a successful team of 2‑10 SDRs/BDRs, and maintain a multi‑million dollar pipeline. You should be organized, persistent, analytical, hard‑working, and passionate about developing sales professionals with high integrity, empathy and a rigorous work ethic.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 2‑10 SDRs/BDRs, driving high performance and career growth.
Maintain a multi‑million dollar pipeline while managing inbound and outbound sales.
Use data to drive team activities, continuous improvement, and new outbound approaches.
Collaborate with cross‑team functions to develop sales processes and culture.
Experiment with new outbound strategies to adapt to market changes.
Qualifications
Excellent academic results at school and university.
Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or STEM.
Knowledge and passion for business development, sales and technology.
Track record of bringing exceptional outbound sales development results.
Commitment to continuous learning and improvement—curious, flexible, scientific.
Creative problem solving and cross‑team collaboration.
Leadership experience in one form or another.
Able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
