About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will provide technical assistance and support to clients worldwide through various channels such as email, tickets, and remote sessions (e.g. Teamviewer/Zoom).
You will work closely with the development and customer success teams to identify and resolve issues and suggest improvements and best practices to maximize the platform's efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Providing exceptional support to clients
* Working analytically to resolve complex issues
* Maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Previous experience in technical support for software and/or infrastructure is essential
Prior experience using our products is highly valued, but not mandatory.
