We connect over 30,000 suppliers with 7,000+ key corporate clients and 8 million SMEs.We are currently expanding our international footprint and looking for a Head of Overseas Sales based in Brazil. You will report directly to the Country General Manager and lead a team of 5-6 Key Account Managers. Your mission is to drive growth in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) sector by managing strategic clients and delivering comprehensive industrial procurement solutions.Responsibilities:Strategic Account Management: Establish and cultivate long-term relationships with Key Accounts, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and development plans.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 5-6 Key Account Sales Managers, strengthening their commercial and technical capabilities.Solution Design: Design and present customized MRO product and service solutions tailored to specific client requirements.Business Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies and growth plans to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust client strategies and maintain a competitive edge.Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end services, from requirement analysis to after-sales support.Process Optimization: Improve customer service processes and team efficiency to guarantee a high-quality service experience.Requirements:Current residence in Brazil (Mandatory).Bachelor’s Degree or higher. A background in Industrial Engineering or related fields is highly valued.5+ years of experience in B2B sales, Key Account Management, or commercialization of industrial products.Experience in the MRO industry (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) is highly desirable.Fluent Mandarin and English (Oral and Written) are mandatory/exclusive requirements.Leadership experience managing sales teams.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to adapt to market changes with agility.Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.Knowledge of Malay is considered a plus (Desirable).✨ BenefitsExecutive Compensation: Highly competitive salary range ($86k - $143k USD/year).Global Impact: Lead the expansion of a multi-billion dollar industrial giant in the South American market.Leadership Role: Direct reporting to the General Manager with full responsibility over a growing sales team.Career Growth: Opportunity to work in a "Supply Chain + Technology + Services" ecosystem.
