Responsibilities
* Coordinate and supervise the activities of the collections team, guiding and monitoring performance.
* Develop strategies to optimize collection processes and credit recovery.
* Monitor performance indicators and prepare management reports.
* Manage conflicts and negotiations with clients to ensure receipt of due amounts.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards related to collections.
* Collaborate with other departments (sales, legal, finance) for continuous process improvement.

Requirements
* Proven experience in coordinating or supervising collections teams.
* Knowledge of collection processes and legislation.
* Negotiation and conflict management skills.
* Good communication and leadership abilities.
* Experience with ERP systems and collection management tools is desirable.
* Complete higher education in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
