Role Purpose
As a Customer Development Executive, you will professionally represent Colgate Palmolive, manage partner relationships with trust and respect, and market and develop the 5P’s in different product categories to profitably increase sales, improve distribution levels and market share, in alignment with our business principles.
Responsibilities
* Implement CP's commercial strategies, ensuring correct execution of the 5P's at the point of sale, seeking benefits for customers and CP, proactively understanding customer needs and recommending solutions for retail environments.
* Achieve the sales objectives of the assigned territory.
* Monitor the territory's performance, promoting periodic JVP and T2T meetings.
* Plan and organize administrative activities including budget control and monitoring.
Location and Travel
Locations: Sao Luis, Recife, Fortaleza. Travel: up to 10% of time.
Relocation
Relocation assistance offered within country.
