This role focuses on developing and executing enterprise sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
The Key Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities, and positioning Kaspersky's products and services as the preferred choice for large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for Enterprise on NAL.
* Establish and maintain executive-level relationships to build a qualified pipeline and drive revenue.
* Develop customer contacts into leads and manage the entire sales cycle.
* Articulate the value of Kaspersky's products and services to higher levels within customer organizations.
* Identify, develop, and present a compelling value proposition to prospective customers in the large enterprise segment.
* Position Kaspersky's specialized services, such as cybersecurity training, threat intelligence services, and Anti-APT solutions, to large enterprises.
* Prepare and deliver proposals and product information to prospects.
* Provide funnel reporting and updates using Salesforce.
* Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to ensure deal closures and full sales cycle support through resellers or system integrators.
* Stay updated on the competitive landscape and latest trends in the cybersecurity market.
* Act as a trusted consultant for enterprise clients.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of direct account management experience in cybersecurity or IT, handling large accounts.
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and the enterprise sales landscape.
* Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
* Experience delivering presentations to large corporations and engaging with C-level executives.
* Existing contacts/relationships at the CxO level in large accounts.
* A proactive, results-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage relationships at all levels within an organization.
* Strong business acumen and executive-level sales expertise.
* Effective time management and multitasking skills.
* Fluency in English and Portuguese; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
