We are seeking a skilled Account Growth Manager to play a key role in driving success and collaboration across various teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional support to assigned customers, ensuring seamless onboarding, training, and adoption.
2. Leverage discovery meetings with key users and stakeholders from customers and partners to position our solutions as core systems and focus on maximizing their value.
3. Nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and long-term success.
4. Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning product capabilities with customer needs.
5. Analyze customer usage data to proactively address risks and drive retention strategies.
6. Conduct regular business reviews and proactively address issues to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
To be successful, you will require 2-4 years of proven experience as an Account Growth Manager or similar role, excellent verbal and written communication skills, hands-on experience with onboarding and implementation processes of CRM systems, and fluency in English.
