Role Description:
We seek a consultant to support services combining customer success expertise with business development activities in Latin America.
* Deliver onboarding and enablement sessions for customers.
* Help customers realize the full value of solutions.
* Maintain strong relationships across client organizations.

* Collaborative account management.
Responsibilities:
* Facilitate onboarding and enablement sessions.
* Provide guidance to help customers realize the full value of solutions.
* Maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, and business development.
* English fluency; Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and virtual meeting tools.
* Dynamic, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
