Role Summary:
A senior facilitator and project manager is sought to oversee key events and tasks across the organization.
* Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects.
* Plan, organize, and execute major events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt.
* Develop and maintain schedules and calendars to guarantee program-level cadence.
* Facilitate collaboration, problem-solving, and knowledge-sharing among teams and departments.
* Coach and mentor teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on lean-agile principles and best practices.
* Identify, track, and resolve impediments and risks that may impact project success.
* Escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary.

* Manage dependencies and architectural runway to ensure smooth project execution.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and progress updates.
